No-Logs Policy and Connection Data
VPN97 follows a no-logs policy. We do not record which websites users visit, retain browsing content or create browsing records that link accounts to destinations. Connection activity logs, such as the start and end times of network connections and destination addresses, are not retained as historical records.
To deliver subscriptions billed by data usage, account records still need to include usage and remaining allowance; this billing data is distinct from browsing details. Real-time status needed to operate network routes is used only to handle connections and diagnose faults. It is not turned into connection histories that could be used to trace an individual’s browsing activity. The no-logs policy does not mean that account and order records are deleted.
Usage Statistics and Local Storage
Website usage statistics help us understand page views, entry-point clicks and feature usage so we can identify broken links and improve navigation. Statistics relate to the marketing website and user panel interactions; they are not used to record other websites accessed through subscription services. Do not put passwords, subscription credentials or payment details in page query parameters.
Cookies and local storage are used to maintain necessary sessions, save login tokens and remember language preferences. You can restrict cookies or clear this site’s storage through your browser settings. After clearing it, you may need to sign in again, and related preferences will return to their defaults. VPN97 supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payment authorization and transaction confirmation are handled by the relevant payment channel or network. This service receives the transaction result and reference needed to verify an order; users are not asked to provide login credentials for third-party payment accounts to this site.
To complete payments, maintain the service or meet applicable legal obligations, necessary data may be handled by the relevant processors, limited to the specific purpose. Data Retention and Deletion Requests
Account data is retained for as long as needed to provide the service. Order and refund records are retained as required for settlement, dispute handling and applicable legal obligations. Usage statistics are handled only to the extent needed for analysis; indefinite retention is not the default. When the purpose for processing has been met and there is no longer a basis for retention, data should be deleted or processed so it can no longer be linked to an individual.
To access, correct or delete account information, sign in to the user panel and submit a support ticket. To prevent actions by others, this service will verify account ownership and explain the scope of the request. Deletion may affect sign-in, subscription recovery and after-sales checks. Transaction information that must still be retained will be restricted to its required purpose and will not be used for marketing because you made a request.

When this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page and the month at the top of the page will be updated. Material changes to data use, processing scope or user rights will be noted on the website or in the user panel. Where applicable law requires separate consent, the relevant process will be completed before the change takes effect.
