Service scope

VPN97 offers subscriptions for cross-border access, access to international websites and related network connections, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Available routes, client links and subscription status are shown in the user panel. Route descriptions are for reference only and do not guarantee access to any third-party website.

The service provides network connectivity, not third-party platform accounts, content subscriptions or usage licenses. Third-party platforms set their own regional rules, account reviews and content permissions. Users should check separately whether a target service permits use from their location and with their account.

Account and subscription rules

No email address is required; you can create an account with a username and password. Keep your account credentials, subscription information and order records secure. Do not publish subscription links or give your account to others. If you discover exposed credentials or unusual activity, change your password promptly and report the issue through a support ticket.

There is no limit on simultaneous devices for the account holder's personal use. This does not permit reselling or sharing account, subscription or route access with others. You may not distribute the service to the public through resale, public access or other means.

Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date. The price difference for a mid-cycle upgrade is converted into the remaining days. Data bundles remain available until used and never expire. Before choosing, review the plan details and order information to avoid confusing monthly subscription billing with data bundle rules.

You may request a full refund for any reason within 30 days of your first payment. See the Refund Policy for instructions and details.

Acceptable use

Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable where they are located and to their use of the service, as well as the rules of target websites and apps. Do not use the service for unlawful purposes or use network connections to infringe anyone's privacy, intellectual property or other legal rights.

Network attacks, malicious scanning, distributing malware, fraud, sending spam and unauthorized access to another person's systems are prohibited. Do not disrupt route operations through automated abuse, resource exhaustion or other actions. Activating the service does not determine whether a particular use is lawful; users must verify this for themselves.

Service availability and liability

Connection quality depends on factors such as local networks, carrier routing, device settings, target service status and route maintenance. VPN97 does not guarantee the same results across all locations, at all times or in every app, and route labels do not replace testing the actual connection.

Routes may be changed or temporarily interrupted due to maintenance, network failures or changes to external services. Users can provide error messages, the time of the incident and relevant device information through a support ticket to help troubleshoot the issue. Please conceal passwords and subscription credentials in submitted materials.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, VPN97 is not liable for losses caused by interruptions or rule changes affecting third-party services, or by issues with a user's device or configuration. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot be limited or waived under applicable law.

Account restrictions and termination

If a user engages in unlawful use, resale or sharing, attacks, or another material breach of these terms, VPN97 may restrict connections, suspend a subscription or terminate the account based on the scope of the impact. Where an ongoing security risk exists, VPN97 may take necessary action first and then explain the reason.

If you believe an action was taken in error, submit your order record and an explanation through a user panel support ticket to request a review. Restrictions should be proportionate to the specific risk and should not be expanded because a user raises a reasonable objection.

Changes to these terms and notices

VPN97 may update these terms in response to service changes or legal requirements and will show the update month on this page. Changes affecting users' important rights will be explained on the website or in the user panel, including which terms apply and when they take effect. Undisclosed rules will not be applied retroactively to completed use.

If you disagree with a change, you may stop using the service and raise an objection through a support ticket. See the Privacy Policy for information about how account data is handled. Where these terms conflict with mandatory applicable law, the law takes precedence.
