Service overview and use cases

VPN97 provides international VPN plans for people who need access to international websites, AI tools and streaming services, or who work across borders. Apps are available for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux, with unlimited devices connected at the same time so you can pick up where you left off on another device. Monthly plans suit regular use; data packages never expire and are a good fit when usage varies.

Choosing a route and troubleshooting

Start with what you need to access, then consider the exit region, route type and your local network. IEPL, relayed and direct connections use different network paths; the name alone does not determine how a particular app will perform. If you have connection issues, first check your subscription status, then review the client mode and how traffic from the target app is routed. Finally, try another route to compare.

For help, submit a support ticket with your operating system, client, selected route and error message. Do not include your password or full subscription URL. Plan terms and refund eligibility are explained on the Plans and Refund Policy pages.

Privacy and data collection

VPN97 follows a no-logs policy and limits data collection to what is needed for account use, subscription delivery and essential troubleshooting. You can create an account with a username and password—no email address required. Before sharing diagnostic files, redact personal information. The Privacy Policy explains the scope of these practices and how information is handled; this policy is not a guarantee of security in every usage environment.
